Project SC9181 (completed September 2009)
Garden refurbishment
“Dear James, Herewith a cheque in settlement of your invoice.  However I could not send without writing to say how pleased I was with the work.  Your men did an impossibly large amount of work in a short time.  They were so friendly and helpful too.
My garden, which had become overgrown, needed sorting out in readiness for selling the house.  It sold within hours of going on the market and I am sure your input made a contribution to that success.  Thank you very much.”

Project SC9174 (completed August 2009)
A garden we constructed in 1984, recently refurbished:
“Dear Mr Seymour – A short note to let you know that I am delighted with the work done on my front garden recently.
Your men were very professional, always polite and nothing was too much trouble for them.  The garden now looks a million dollars and is much admired by my neighbours.
The original plan designed by Marion and Mr Saunders has stood the test of time.  It is very pretty and was so right for the house.  It has given me immense pleasure over the years….”

Project SC9118 (completed July 2009)
Garden clearance and replanting in Worcester Park:
"I am delighted with the work that has been carried out and am most grateful to Gary Hillock who planned it all. His understanding and imaginative ideas were so much in keeping with my wishes. I also appreciated the excellent hard work put in by your gardeners who were a pleasure to have around. The garden has certainly been transformed!"

Project SC8254 (completed May 2009):
“I enclose a cheque for £1518 in payment of your invoice.  We are delighted with the installation of the irrigation system.”

Project HC8263 (completed April 2009):
New garden to recent barn conversion in Surrey:
“May I say how delighted we are with the finished product.  The whole scheme, from Kate’s original design to Phil, Gary and co’s groundwork etc., has produced a delightful garden, which has been greatly admired by everyone”.

Project HC9015 (completed April 2009):
Courtyard garden using Indian Sandstone and brick edging with turf and re-planting:
“We are delighted with the result of all the work which has been done to transform what was the pool area in our garden and we just want to let you know how pleased we are.  Steve and Adam have worked extremely hard, taking great care at every stage, and we feel their workmanship is of the highest standard.
Thank you too for all the trouble you have taken to ensure a highly successful job.”   (Addressed to contracts manager)

Project HC8295 (completed April 2009):
a courtyard paved with weathered random rectangular York stone:
“A job well done.  All the work was carried out with competence and everyone was most polite and helpful.”

Project HC9014 (completed March 2009):
“ Just a note to thank you for your work on our patio.  Not an easy task, with all the different levels and falls that needed to be accommodated.  We think the finished result is excellent. Special praise too, for the standards to which the site was maintained.  All tidied away each night and cleaned up.  It does make a difference when you are living with the work and it helps relations with the neighbours as well."

Contract HC8216:
garden design involving a large paved terrace and groundworks in a 17^th C. property in mid-Surrey.
“I enclose my cheque in payment of your final invoice for this job.  I would like to record that we are delighted with the work, which has been completed to a very high standard.  In particular we would like to record our thanks to Gary, who did almost all the work and battled through some difficult weather conditions.
I would appreciate it if you would pass on these comments to Gary and also Mr Seymour.”

Mrs.L.S.  Contract HC7318:
“From design to execution the work done by Seymours has been exactly how it was described – and the results are excellent, on budget and on schedule.  The design and soft/hard landscaping parts of the business collaborated throughout the project to get things done efficiently – and we are very happy at how things have turned out.  There were a couple of ‘hiccups’ en route but they were resolved quickly and efficiently.  All in all – a surprisingly painless experience given the structural challenges involved with the job.  We have the garden we wanted – and were promised.  Very happy clients.  Oxshott.”
